How do i make an order?
It's simple! Just follow the steps below:
1. Choose your beers or subscription package and add to cart
2. Fill in your personal information and choose your payment options
3. Confirm the order and wait for our delivery

when do i receive my beer?
We will send out your monthly subscription box on the last Thursday of every month and you should receive it in 1-2 days.
Our subscription cut-off date is one week before the delivery date.
For retail orders, you will also receive them in 1-2 days.

where do you deliver to?
We deliver to most locations except for some remote areas and outlying islands. Please contact us if you need delivery to these places. If you live in a flat without elevators, we kindly request you come to the ground floor to collect the parcel

can i return my order?
We do not accept returns, if a bottle or can arrives damaged or have quality issues we can send you a replacement or a substitute.
